Concept of human resources development

The personnel of our service companies the “RoMed Kliniken” are our most valuable asset. To employ content and by reason of this good employees, we especially put emphasize on human resource development.

The high diversity of our personnel shapes and our enterprise culture is an important power source for our clinics. We want to permanently improve and secure the quality of our work.
By high interdisciplinary working and the active contribution of the worker’s council, we constantly aim to achieve our goals.

Main aspects of our human resource development strategy

Human resource development has a fundamental relevance in our clinics. Good examples therefore are the different vocational schools, the Academic Institute for Health and Social Professions and several continuing and further education regulations.

Collegiality is obligatory for us. Reconciliation of work and family life is of fundamental importance.
